EXPERIMENT 06

# Sidewinder

[Previous experiment: Orbital Defense](https://austingreco.com/experiments/orbital-defense) · [Next experiment: Cloud Field](https://austingreco.com/experiments/cloud-field)

Curves cross a bed of grains, one point of contact at a time.

A right-facing viper drawn in unfilled monochrome curves, with a broad angular head, slim connected neck and uneven trunk, moves across sand made of individual particles. Planted sections push grains into shallow tracks while lifted arches pass above them. Auto camera stays mostly overhead, with occasional gentle side views.

Planted sections leave the tracks. Lifted sections advance.

Visible grains ride an invisible deformation field. Prescribed motion, not validated granular physics.
